Frustrated

I had just gotten the game and was having fun it was very addicting but when I got to a certain level I knew the answer but ever time I shuffled it put me in a situation where I couldnt make the word this was very upsetting because I had just gotten the game. If this hadnt happened I would have rated 5 stars.
